The mission of the Kentucky APEX Accelerator is to promote Kentucky’s economic development by assisting companies who are in the process of providing products and/or services to the federal, state and local governments and prime contractors. Our vision is to grow Kentucky’s economy one small business at a time by coaching, equipping and training our clients on a wide range of topics related to government contracting and subcontracting.
All services provided by the Kentucky APEX Accelerator are free of charge and offered only to Kentucky businesses.

This APEX Accelerator is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.* The Kentucky APEX Accelerator cooperative agreement is managed by KSTC, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. Our funding is a combination of federal and state grant money and in-kind support.
